Is Donna Karan Leaving DKNY?

RUMOURS abound today that Donna Karan may be set to step down from her role as creative director of DKNY.

Although the brand denies any such move, the designer's emotional bow following her show for her second line started whispers that the autumn/winter 2014 collection may be her swansong.The DKNY brand celebrated its 25th anniversary this year, while the designer's eponymous label marked its 30thanniversary.

"Donna is the chief designer of the company," a DKNY spokesperson told the New York Post this weekend."Anything else should be considered a rumour."

The collection was dedicated to New York.
