Cara Delevingne stars as Enchantress in Suicide Squad trailer

The trailer for Suicide Squad is finally out and what a riot of pure wickedness the film promises to be.Worst heroes ever is the films strapline, and lead star Margot Robbie is enthralling as the unhinged, ponytailed Harley Quinn.

But naturally, it is Cara Delevingnes part in the DC Comics adaptation that is peaking our interest.The catwalk queen turned film star plays haunted character Enchantress, an artist formerly known as June Moore who is taken over by an ancient sorceress.

The trailer reveals Delevingnes ghostly presence in the film and that she got to keep her English accent.Skip to 1 minute and 27 seconds in the video above, and the Londoner says Lets do something fun in her native way of speaking.The film isnt released until August5, but the trailer has already been watched over a million times within just a few hours of being released.

Delevingne appeared on the cover of Empire magazine last year as Enchantress and revealed a little about her character."June is an adventure-seeker who"s always wanted some excitement.And she gets what she wished for, in a terrible way".

She explains how June is, “A feral being.She"s been trapped for so long and now she"s finally let out."Having swapped the high fashion world for film sets, 23-year-old Cara is currently filming Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets and 2016 will see her star in Ab Fab:The Movie, Tulip Fever, London Fields and Kids in Love as well as Suicide Squad.
