REVENGE is sweet, and so is the smell of success, as the sayings go - and, for one Hollywood star, nothing has been sweeter than living a happy and successful life when it comes to getting payback on the bullies.
"I was kind of bullied when I was younger, actually at school," Kate Winslet revealed in an interview on The Today Show."For being chubby, you know, I had girls who were envious of me because I was acting a little bit as a teenager."
"So this is my revenge. This right here, this lovely career that I have been blessed with," she continued."I have healthy children. You know, I have a really happy life and, to me, it's like 'Well, look at me now girls!'"
When asked if her Oscar-nominated role in Titanic was a particularly proud accomplishment, Winslet replied, "That was a very, very sweet moment."

The actress went on to reveal that her 15-year-old daughter, Mia, was envious of her co-starring with Liam Hemsworth in the forthcoming film, The Dressmaker, telling her mother:"Mum, if you don't let me come on to that set, I'm never going to speak to you again."
Hemsworth isn't the only one of Winslet's co-stars that has impressed her daughter - the actress is currently filming a new Woody Allen film alongside Justin Timberlake. She admitted, however, that she was left embarrassed after making a small faux-pas with her latest co-star.
"I hum a lot on set and I do tend to just absentmindedly sing between takes. And he was doing the same thing," she said of the nine-time Grammy Award winner."And I turned around to him and said 'Oh, so that'll be our thing.Do you sing?'And then I was like 'Of course he sings, Kate.Of course he sings!Did you just say that?'Can you imagine?"
