H&M will hold its first fashion show in eight years on February 27 during Paris Fashion Week.The event will see 25 looks from the high street label's autumn/winter 2013-14 collection hit the catwalk at the grand Musée Rodin, where Yves Saint Laurent and Christian Dior have previously presented new collections.
"We felt excited about the collection and we really wanted to show it,"spokesman Håcan Andersson told WWD.
The retailer last staged a show to unveil its mainline collection in New York in 2005.It is not the only high street brand to join the upcoming fashion month schedule - Whistles announced thay news it will host a salon show at London Fashion Week, while River Island will also make its LFW debut through its long-awaited collaboration with Vogue cover girl Rihanna.
